Colgate’s Bright Smiles, Bright Futures (BSBF) is a far-reaching, impactful oral health education program. The program is designed to teach and empower children and families around the importance of good oral hygiene. Join Dr Kat Kaczmarczyk for this webinar, exploring how to run oral health promotion sessions for pre-school and primary school children using the BSBF materials. During this session, learn how you can partner with BSBF and bring oral health education and promotion to your community and practice.

Dr Katherine Kaczmarczyk
Academic Affairs Manager - South Pacific, Colgate-Palmolive
BSc, BSc(hons), BChD, MChD, MFDS RCGP , PGCert(MedEd), FHEA
Dr Kat is the Academic Affairs Manager for Colgate South Pacific and leads the Professional Educator Network across Australia and New Zealand. Kat holds a Master and Bachelor of Dental Surgery, and a Bachelor of Science in Oral Sciences from the University of Leeds. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Kings College London and completed training to become a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. Kat has worked as a dentist across a wide range of settings in both Australia and the UK, including in community clinics, private and corporate general practice, hospital, government and university. She has most recently worked for Colgate as an Oral Care Consultant. Kat has a passion for public health research and teaching, especially with regards to widening access to preventative dentistry and oral health promotion.
