Director
Shida Taheri is an Oral Health Therapist (OHT) passionate about preventive dental care and improving access to oral health services. After beginning her career as a dental assistant, she founded Dental On Demand, a mobile dental business providing care to childcare centres, aged care facilities, schools, and homes.
As the Industry Partnership Officer for the Dental Hygienists Association of Australia (DHAA), Shida builds industry relationships and supports professional development. Through Mobile Dental Providers Australia, she is committed to fostering collaboration, sharing knowledge, and empowering dental professionals to establish and grow successful mobile dental practices.
JACQUIE BIGGAR
Director
Jacquie is a passionate Oral Health Therapist (OHT), dual-qualified in oral health and dental hygiene, with 19 years of experience across the dental industry. A graduate of the University of Adelaide, she has received awards in Special Care Dentistry and completed a postgraduate certificate in Oral Health Science. She currently lectures at the University of Sydney’s School of Dentistry, operates her mobile dental clinic, Senior Dental Care, and co-directs Mobile Dental Providers Australia (MDPA).
Dedicated to advancing the oral health profession, Jacquie has volunteered with the Dental Hygienists Association of Australia (DHAA) for over 11 years, holding various leadership positions at state and national levels. Through community oral health initiatives, professional development, and advocacy, she remains committed to improving access to dental care and empowering dental professionals across Australia.
