Delivering quality oral health care to children requires a deep understanding of their unique dental needs, behaviours, and development. This interactive workshop is designed for dental professionals who aim to enhance their confidence and competence in treating young patients, particularly in mobile or community settings.
Led by expert paediatric dental practitioners, this session will provide valuable insights into the common oral health challenges faced by children and effective management strategies. From addressing early childhood caries and hypoplastic molars to managing behavioural challenges and dental trauma, participants will gain practical knowledge to apply immediately in their practice.
The workshop also explores oral habits, malocclusion, and key pathologies that impact children’s oral health, ensuring attendees are well-prepared to recognize issues and provide timely interventions or referrals.
