By submitting a nomination, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Nominee Presence Required
   The winner must be available to attend MDPA25 on Saturday, 23 August 2025, to accept the award in person.

   • If the winner is unable to attend, they must nominate someone to accept the award on their behalf prior to the event.

   • Awards will not be mailed or presented outside the event unless a representative is confirmed.

2. Prize
   The winner will receive one free registration ticket to MDPA26 (date and location to be confirmed).

   • This includes event registration only.

   • Flights, accommodation, and other travel-related costs are not included.

3. Use of Information
   All personal information submitted will be used only for the purposes of assessing and administering the award.

   • Your information will not be sold or used for marketing purposes.

   • Stories or photos may be shared publicly only with prior consent from the nominee or winner.

4. Nomination Guidelines

   • Nominations must be received by the stated closing date 15/08/25 at 11:59pm. Late entries will not be accepted.

   • If nominating another person, you confirm you have their consent to do so.

5. Judging & Final Decision

   • All entries will be reviewed by a panel appointed by MDPA.

   • The panel’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

   • The award may be withheld if no suitable nominations are received.

6. Participation & Promotion

   • Finalists and winners agree to participate in reasonable promotional activity related to the award (e.g. event mentions, social media, photos), with consent.
